This summer, Ron trained an intern from Taiwan who is studying hotel management. “I did not know I had the ability to teach someone how to bake. What I learned was that I love to teach people how to bake.” At the end of this month, Ron will be teaching two baking classes. One, September 27, on the pure basics of baking called ‘Kids at Heart’ baking class and the other, September 29, an intermediate class called “Diner Classics”.
